Problems in organisations are either *communication* or *accountability*.
We already know how to organise large groups of people. Many of the same structures will persist, but now almost every organisation is large, some with more humans than others.
Solutions that solve for the scale of communication will likely persist.
Solutions that are sensitive or solve for human speed will likely not.
Much of planning is to increase confidence in a strategy and avoid costly mistakes.
With AI that changes, if you can execute orders of magnitude faster and a decision has few side-effects, it’s better to execute multiple plans/strategies than to overthink it.
Build multiple plans, combine the best and try again. It moved from finding the path to increasing the resolution of your thinking, in real-time.
